Mr. Oster was appointed Chief Executive Officer effective March 4, 2026. He brings extensive experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and operational leadership across capital-intensive industries including energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors. Since 2024 he has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Saffron Tech Ltd. and its parent company Sattivus Tech Corporation (OTC: SATT), and has served as a director of BladeRanger Ltd. (TASE: BLRN), an Israeli innovator in advanced drone payload systems for defense, homeland security and solar applications. From 2018 to 2024 he was a principal of a Dallas, Texas real estate entity focused on multi-family acquisitions. From 2003 to 2017 he served as Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Alon USA Energy, Inc. (NYSE: ALJ), leading strategic transactions during the company's growth to approximately $8 billion in revenue.
David Rokach

Mr. Rokach was appointed Chief Financial Officer effective February 27, 2026. He has served as a director of T3 Defense Inc. (Nasdaq: DFNS), formerly Nukkleus Inc., a strategic acquirer and operator of aerospace and defense businesses, since 2024. From 2017 to 2025 he served as Chief Executive Officer, partner and senior manager of Newcom Finance, a financial services firm focused on pension fund management and portfolio construction. From 2021 to 2023 he served as Chief Executive Officer of Granit Investment Company. He brings extensive experience in executive leadership, public company governance and investment strategy.
